Skott Walton

My name is Skott Walton and I'm a 45 year old bodybuilder.  I've had several people give me advice on contest prep with little to no results.  Finally, in June of 2007 I met a 19 year old bodybuilder named AJ Sims at Gold's gym here in Las Vegas.  Everyone said he was the man with the plan.  When we met he instantly stated that he would more than happy to work with me.  AJ placed me on a diet and cardio plan to prepare me for the Las Vegas Classic, November 10, 2007.  As time went on,

Intro to Training: How to Stay Motivated and Achieve Your Goals !

Whether your an elite athlete or just an average joe trying to achieve results in the gym, I believe it all comes down to the 3 D's ( dedication, determination and desire ). Bio

My journey began back in August 13th, 1988 born in Tallahassee, Florida .

When I was a year old, my family relocated to Atlanta, GA where I spent most of my younger years playing various sports from baseball, to soccer, to football and everything in-between. As an athlete, I seemed to always excel in what I did, but back then I never really paid much attention to it.

Looking Destiny in the Face

2008 the year of new beginnings !

Well for me it will be going after what I have been destined for but have yet to capture the last two year's though I can't really say it has been unsuccessful the best way to put it is just that it wasn't meant to be at that certain time it was my destined time so to speak. This time though it's so close to me I can taste it I can feel it and I know in my heart that it's my time !
